Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026. This page describes how Azolla Studio LLC (“Azolla,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information for OurBeach websites and services. It is written in plain language to match how we actually operate today; it is not legal advice. We may update it as our practices change.
Who we are
OurBeach is a product of Azolla Studio LLC. Our marketing site is ourbeach.art. Checkout, billing, admin, and kiosk software run on app.ourbeach.art.
Information we collect
Installation requests. If you use the request form on ourbeach.art, we collect the contact name, email, business name, location, and any optional message you submit. That data is sent to our application API and emailed to our operations inbox so we can respond. We also see your IP address briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Checkout and billing. When you purchase through Stripe Checkout on app.ourbeach.art, Stripe processes your payment and stores customer email, billing details, and payment-method information according to Stripe’s policies. We receive identifiers and status needed to provision your organization and subscription (for example Stripe customer and subscription IDs, contact fields, and device quantity).
Service agreement. After checkout, you review and electronically sign our Service Agreement. We store the signed PDF and related signer metadata (name, time, version) on your organization record.
Account and device operation. For customers we operate, we store organization and device records needed to run the display, admin access credentials for authorized users, and billing recovery tokens when a payment fails.
How we use information
- Respond to installation and sales inquiries
- Create and manage subscriptions, invoices, and entitlement
- Deliver and support OurBeach installations
- Send operational email (welcome materials, past-due recovery)
- Secure the service (rate limits, auth, fraud and abuse controls)
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors who help us run the product—most importantly Stripe for payments and billing, and our email/hosting providers to deliver messages and run the application. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or safety.
Cookies and similar technology
The marketing site is primarily static content and does not load third-party analytics scripts today. The application on app.ourbeach.art uses cookies and similar storage for session login, device/kiosk identity, and related security functions so the product can work.
Retention
Lead requests are retained in email and operational systems as long as needed to follow up and keep ordinary business records. Billing, contract, and account records are retained for the life of the customer relationship and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to cancel a subscription under your Service Agreement, email support@ourbeach.art or alex@azolla.studio. Some requests may be limited where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
Children
OurBeach is a commercial / residential installation product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing or checkout.
